Picatta with Mushroom

Ingredients

Five Tbsp of flour
Five veal slices
Four cups of meat broth
Two Tbsp of olive oil
Tsp ground black pepper
One Tsp of salt
Chopped onion
Half a cup of milky cream

The steps

Season the steak with salt and black pepper, and cover with flour on each side.
The oil is heated in a bowl, and the steaks are well browned on each side for 5 minutes.
On the same bowl, fry chopped onion and browned until golden brown.
Add the remaining amount of flour to the onions, stir well, then add the lemon juice and broth, stirring until smooth.
Add the mushroom slices and meat to the mixture, and simmer over medium heat until boiling.
Add the frankincense cream, stir the mixture, then cover the pan, and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes or until the mixture becomes thick and the meat is completely cooked.
Put the steaks in a serving dish, cover with mushroom sauce, and serve with white rice and boiled vegetables or as desired.
