How to make the sauce
In a bowl, put a Tbsp of oil and add sliced onions to it.
Stir the onions with oil over the fire until it turns yellow and turns off.
We add the flour and keep stirring until the flour is tender.
Add the tomato sauce, then stir and add salt, pepper, spices and paprika.
When the mixture becomes smooth, add the soup and leave the mixture on a little fire, then add the kofta.
Stir for a while, then let it boil with sauce for a short time (10 minutes).
Serve hot with rice noodles.
