2 eggs
\nTwo Tbsp of milk
\nA Tbsp of coarse mustard
\nSalt and fresh black pepper
\nHalf a cup of coarse crushed rusk
\nHalf a cup of fine ground rusk
\nHalf a cup of flour
\n4 chicken pieces
\n4 delicious slices of Swiss cheese (thick cut)
\n4 chicken luncheon slices
\nToothpicks<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t

The steps<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 400 degrees, or your highest degree.
\nWhisk eggs, milk and mustard together in a deep dish, then add salt and black pepper to it.
\nIn another wide dish, put the soft rusk and the coarse and flour rusk and mix well.
\nGently cut the chicken pieces into thin slices, then put salt and black pepper on top.
\nPut the Swiss cheese slice on the chicken slice, then add the chicken luncheon slice.
