Half a kilo of sausage
\nChopped onion
\nTwo Tsp of minced parsley
\nCup of grated roumi cheese
\nSalt and Pepper
\nThree potatoes
\n4 eggs
\nTbsp of butter<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t

The steps<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
In a medium skillet, put the butter, add onions and sausage, and mix well.
\nIn another bowl, beat 4 eggs, half a cup of grated cheese, salt and pepper, and 2 Tbsp of chopped parsley.
\nAdd the sausage after cooking to the previous mixture and stir well.
\nGrate the potatoes and add them to the mixture and stir.
\nPut the mixture in the pan and put it in the oven until tender.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div>
