Half a kilo of minced meat.

Two large onions, sliced.
\nOne tsp of oil, chicken broth.

How to make the sauce<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
In a bowl, put a Tbsp of oil and add sliced onions to it.
\nStir the onions with oil over the fire until it turns yellow and turns off.
\nWe add the flour and keep stirring until the flour is tender.
\nAdd the tomato sauce, then stir and add salt, pepper, spices and paprika.
\nWhen the mixture becomes smooth, add the soup and leave the mixture on a little fire, then add the kofta.
\nStir for a while, then let it boil with sauce for a short time (10 minutes).
\nServe hot with rice noodles.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t

In a large bowl, put the minced meat with grated onion, salt, pepper, coriander and cumin.
