First, Kofta ingredients

Half a kilo of minced meat.
Big Grated onion
Salt and pepper as needed
Tbsp of latency
Tsp of dry coriander

Second, Sauce Ingredients

Two large onions, sliced.
One tsp of oil, chicken broth.
Two Tbsp of flour.
Salt and pepper as needed
A Tsp of spices.
A tsp of paprika
A cup of boiled water or soup.

How to make the sauce

In a bowl, put a Tbsp of oil and add sliced onions to it.
Stir the onions with oil over the fire until it turns yellow and turns off.
We add the flour and keep stirring until the flour is tender.
Add the tomato sauce, then stir and add salt, pepper, spices and paprika.
When the mixture becomes smooth, add the soup and leave the mixture on a little fire, then add the kofta.
Stir for a while, then let it boil with sauce for a short time (10 minutes).
Serve hot with rice noodles.

The steps

In a large bowl, put the minced meat with grated onion, salt, pepper, coriander and cumin.
We put it in the refrigerator an hour or more and then take it out and start forming the kofta in the form of medium sized balls,

    Ingredients

    2 eggs
    Two Tbsp of milk
    A Tbsp of coarse mustard
    Salt and fresh black pepper
    Half a cup of coarse crushed rusk
    Half a cup of fine ground rusk
    Half a cup of flour
    4 chicken pieces
    4 delicious slices of Swiss cheese (thick cut)
    4 chicken luncheon slices
    Toothpicks

    The steps

    Preheat the oven to a temperature of 400 degrees, or your highest degree.
    Whisk eggs, milk and mustard together in a deep dish, then add salt and black pepper to it.
    In another wide dish, put the soft rusk and the coarse and flour rusk and mix well.

        Ingredients

        Five Tbsp of flour
        Five veal slices
        Four cups of meat broth
        Two Tbsp of olive oil
        Tsp ground black pepper
        One Tsp of salt
        Chopped onion
        Half a cup of milky cream

        The steps

        Season the steak with salt and black pepper, and cover with flour on each side.
